JET LI INJURED IN LAST MARTIAL ARTS FILM
Martial arts master Jet Li really gave it his all in his final farewell film to anything resembling Kung Fu fighting in Fearless. The sequences were directed by The Matrix choreographer Wo Ping who Li says designed the ultimate location for his final fighting scenes.

Silban1979 is correct. jet never did contact. he went to the shaolin temple but not as a shaolin monk. jet did wushu as a sport however the training in those days are much more equal to shaolin monke. nowadays wushu practitioners focus too much on acrobats and training only for competition. having said this youre right that jet can fight for real due to his extensive training and physical abilities
