haha yeh i know its annoying wen everyone is telling ur difernt things! wen i eventualy found out had a problem with the disk caused through tumbling.. basicly i did loads of stretchinga nd running and sorted out my posture and eventualy it healed up, best of luck with recovery , regard;ess ur still busting sum siick stuff out
