Whats the difference between parkour, free running, and tricking?

Ok i just discoverd these. They all seem intresting and i want to learn them all lol. But i dont quite get the difference?

I no parkour is getting from 1 place to another as quick as possible i think. But i see a lot of fancy moves so it looks like tricking to. And isnt free running basically the same as parkour? idk! help plz

plz define the ones you no, and tell me the difference and the same things between them

There all basically the same just a teeny tiny bit different, don't even bother trying to figure it out.

Parkour is getting from one place to another (Point A to B) using your momentum efficiently, so you don't waste any energy. Free Running is basicly parkour, but with more flashy stuff involved. The reason these two are not the same is Free Running wastes energy, like say instead of just jumping down some stairs a free runner woud do like a backflip off them-totally uneccesary. Now, Tricking is kinda just doing tricks. Tricking is kinda like free running, but with less parkour stuff. Also, don't assume everything on the net labeled parkour is parkour, some of it has a lot of free running included. That's about it. Hope I helped!
