    Actually I think I figured it out myself… I didn’t realize how “under you” your legs had to be till I tried to get up from a bridge where I was landing my legs and found I couldn’t do it… Once I got my legs under me I got higher than ever before.. I will keep practicing and hopefully get this soon :) Thanks for the tutorial.

    Hey, been trying to figure this one out for a while now.. I finally managed to get somewhere, I can do the roll and the kick, but when my feet hit the ground, my upper gody gets about half way up and then I fall back down again. Any ideas? I’m too tired to make a video tonight, but I can tomorrow if it will help figure out what i’m doing wrong.

    This is alot harder on ur body then doing the kip up with ur hands. I Did a no hander like 50 times one day and the next day I could hardly move my neck side to side. Nice tut by the way.

    are you exploding in an upwards direction? if you are, you arent exploding enough.once u explode upwards, do a situp in the air, and sweep you feet underneath you.

    try to use your upper body as a counter movement to your lower body, as your lower body flings down, make your upper body fling up, so really theres 2 motions you should be doing at once, most ppl only think about their feet as they do this move and thts their biggest problem, thx for tha comment bro

    u just hav to think about doing it while your feet are going down u have to think about brining your body up, kinda like a sit up motion is a good way to describe it
