search up SELBZ …
search up SELBZ STANDING GAINER! that’s the gym i go to! on top of that thing i first fell backwards and landed on my back! (scary for the first time) then i repeated that! then after that i just went for the backflip and i did it! after that i went to lower level into the pit and i did it! then SELBZ spotted for me on flat ground and i did a backflip a couple times! then i just went for it alone and i nailed it! all in less than an hour! that’s how i learned!
