Taimak’s Fitness DVD
This DVD will bridge the gap between someone that has difficulty bringing fitness into their life and someone that is living a full life of health and fitness. Taimak demonstrates, in a real and simple way, many different health promoting physical activities. Everything from jogging and stretching to exercises in a pool are explored.

Me and Ninjabgone performed the X-team in fs2004. This video goes out to all of the origional masters, Jimmy Franklin, Bobby Younkin, and Jim “Bulldog” Leroy. Rest in peace.
