Ongyokage Corkscrew Tutorial
I DO NOT OWN THIS SONG NOR AM I AFFILIATED WITH THE OWNER. THE SONG IS: Keep Pace by Mr. J. Medeiros.
- This tutorial explains the way I learned the cork. What I mean is that people learn moves in different ways and with that being said… “This is not THE way to do this move this is just A way” I hope this helps. Good Luck!

This is my first training video here on my new YouTube channel. It was filmed in the early hours of March 5, 2009. I’m primarily using this video as like my “starter” video. By “starter” video, I mean that this is the video that I want to base my future videos on. It’s like when people are documenting their weight-loss, they take a “before” picture and then have the “after” picture later. So yeah, I just want to see how much I can improve upon this video in like 6 months or a year (or even 5 years).
The first half of the video is primarily punches and kicks (I seem to have a great affinity for wheel kicks, huh? haha!). The second half of the video is me doing basic strength-training exercises throughout the rest of the gym. I primarily do those strength-training exercises as a way to enhance my martial arts performance. I am not lifting weights to get huge like a bodybuilder. I just do those exercises that I believe will enhance my martial arts.
