This is a short tutorial on how to perform two of the most basic forms of kip-ups. Keep in mind. It took me a good year to perfect just the regular kip-up, so when you’re first doing them, don’t get reckless. It may take time to learn depending on your coordination. I forgot to mention the picture from Wikipedia in the credits. By the way, the first kip-up I show Jackie Chan doing at the beginning is a 180 kip-up. In case you were wondering.
