that doesn’t look like an arm bar, looks like some kind of choke, or triangle? Idk, im trying to ffigure this out, but if it’s an arm bar dont u have to pull the arm out, to hyper-extend it? Cuz it looks like he just pulls it down to his face and pushes his head down with his feet…

itz possible to break any bone on da opponentz body when committin to subdue em but if u do it incorrectly even someone wit no experience should have da common sense to get out of da position practicin wit a sparrin partner n learnin da correct procedure should prevent any probability of breakin da neck although u r capable of hyper extendin a ligiment when applyin a certain amount of force even break a personz arm when in da correct angle of position so be cautiouz n have someone supervize TAP!

arm barz give …
arm barz give slight pressure on da head n neck area but da main focuz of strain is targeted at da ligimentz dat connect ur arm at da elbow datz da whole point of submissionz is strain da ligimentz any otha pain dat occurz jus comez along wit da technique thurr is no way to strengthen ur ligimentz datz y ppl learn da martial art to start off wit itz very effective in detainin an opponent quickly witout much effort but da only way to get betta is u gotta get mat tyme which increasez experience

really you should bring your right leg to his arm pit and your left leg over his head so that if he falls over your leg will be on top of him instead of under him that way you will still have a arm bar and he cant just role out of it

IF you are having …
IF you are having trouble getting the flying armbar down I would recommend learning the flying triangle choke first. It’s a bit easier to get your legs in the right position and is a natural transition to the armbar. Just an alternative if you’re getting frustrated.
