What do you mean, …
What do you mean, by correctly? Dohh..
The fastest and finest way is just show some primitive movements, and let it evolve- so it will fit to all individuals perfectly, and it always works!..
All kind of knowledge, eventually becomes self knowledge /Bruce Lee/

It’s too formal :@ …
It’s too formal :@ .. In that way I cannot express all my power in a specific way, better than that was a punching bag or shield, even better start with light sparring, then the power will came to you!

If i tell you the …
If i tell you the truth, I asked many of my instructors if they knew this video and none knew about it …. Im sure its a good instructional video, just saying, would be faster to learn with an instructor than with a video.

If every TKD …
If every TKD instructor knew what he was talking about there would be no need for thousands of instructors to take Paul’s seminars and classes.

For every action, …
For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction, and in TKD it means using all body to perform that powerful kick. Other thing is kick must be done fast so you are back in guard and prepared for next action, and bending body takes extra time. Third thing is precision, and best view of target and situation you will have with your body straight. Still, TKD is evolving as modern sport, and you will hardly see any of sidekicks on championships, especial not as attacks to the head.

Sure correct …
Sure correct training is the point, since doing things wrong can bring nothing good but injuries and waisting of energy and time. Doing TKD practice in group, mostly trainer will focus his work on preparing perspective students, and pay less attention on beginners. This way of practice is good as it represents your personal trainer, and you can reverse video and inspect it until you figure out technique or practice. Like trainer with endless patience

I am not Paul, but …
I am not Paul, but as far as know your body will lean away from side line kicks, if you do them correctly.

great power behind …
great power behind those kicks just one thing i was learning tkd and then started to go to kempo and there was one diffrence its in the way you do high kicks your upper body needs to be vertical to the ground and not bend as it is in this video it gives u more power and balence when traind and understood right so just a question is that truth??
