U KNOW WHAT WE NEED? A PROGRESSIONAL VIDEO. Yeah thats right i said it. From someone who cant already stretch like that. And show their progression and types of stretching. I think thatd give alot of people more confidence than seeing ppl who can already do the stuff.

i really don’t mean …
i really don’t mean to be nasty, but this video is silly. the ability to do splits is genetic. either your body structure allow it or not. you may have to work to get a last little bit, but to pretend anyone can do a split by “stretching a lot” is ludicrous. like saying anyone who lifts weights religiously will bench 700lbs and have 22″ arms. false.

I guess the title is misleading. But basically if you want to learn how to do it- Just excercise those leg muscles every day doing the first thing she did continuously…
