i love tis kick but …
i love tis kick but i like front kicks better but i all ways use this kick in sparring see my trick is use a round kick than a revers cresent kick but u have to do this fast

I use this kick often in sparring to knock my opponents hands out of the way or to just make them pick up their guard. The trick is to follow it with a very quick attack. A backfist to the head or knifehand to the torso works great. Don’t hate…

no offense, but this is a bad technique. it’s only good for stretching. In actual fights, you wouldn’t do hardly any damage and the other guy might be able to grab ur foot. Take heed…

I agree with Lamentfordeath, this video does provide valuable fundamentals. It gives you the basic motions for the cresent kick, so I dotn see why you guys hate it. sure its not wushu or TKD’ish, but the circular motion is there and so is the leg positioning, so dont hate.
