		<description>Yes, you should take up gymnastics. Most of the tricking stuff actually happens as special classes in gymnastics schools, it&#039;s going to require a lot of specialty padding as it really IS a specialized form of gymnastics with a martial arts flair, so if you want to find it, try looking at gymnastics schools.

Plus gymnastics skill will let you start tricking on your own, once you get good at it, plus developing good balance, rhythm, muscles, cardio, etc etc.

I know there are some good people in the UK, but I&#039;m Canadian so I haven&#039;t got any links for you. My advice is to look for local gymnastics schools.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

		<description>A belt in Kung Fu? that&#039;s odd. Try taking Wu Shu. It&#039;s very acrobatic and has plenty of spectacular tricks. Not much you could use in a fight but ya.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;If martial arts are hard to find where you are try asking the police, colleges, and military institutions. If they&#039;re not able to offer you courses directly one of them could certainly point you in the right direction.</description>
