		<description>&lt;b&gt;I&#039;ve been going to ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; I&#039;ve been going to Kenpo Karate classes 4 hours weekly, and spending 30-45 minutes a day stretching, and I still cannot perfrom a split after about 2 months of this program. Is this normal? How long will it take me to be able to reach that amount of flexibility? I&#039;m 19/male/healthy &amp; athletic.</description>
